At Ethos Wine Bar & Bistro, our menus are built around the island we love — the fishermen pulling bluefin and oysters from Nantucket's waters, the farms growing produce a few miles down the road, the local purveyors who care as deeply about their craft as we do about ours. We source as close to home as possible, prioritizing organic ingredients, and letting the season lead.
We're a small kitchen. We don't pretend otherwise. But what we lack in size we more than make up for in care — in the time spent finding the right ingredient, preparing it with intention, and delivering something that feels genuinely special.
